EK CITY LLC began its activities as a small company specializing in the management of residential buildings. However, with the growth of the company and the involvement of new houses that used autonomous heating, due to the requirements of the legislation on heat supply, there was a need to create a separate specialized company to provide heat supply services.
This became a key stage in the development of the company: a staff of qualified employees was formed to ensure proper maintenance of heat networks and boiler rooms. Thanks to the professionalism of the team, the company successfully received a license for the production and supply of thermal energy, which allowed it to officially expand the range of services.
The next step was the approval of tariffs in accordance with current legislation, which ensured stable and transparent operation of the company. Today, EK CITY LLC serves over 150 thousand square meters of residential and commercial space, guaranteeing the city's residents reliable and high-quality heat supply.
In 2024, with the signing of 10-year lease agreements for land plots in the Stryi district of Lviv region, the company began a new stage of its development - the implementation of a project to build a renewable energy facility, a modern wind farm. We are currently at the stage of completing the necessary research, drawing up permitting documentation and approving the detailed design for construction. The start of construction work is scheduled for 2026.
